Spring Awakening
Spring Awakening celebrated its second anniversary on Broadway Dec. 10.
To mark the occasion, the cast and crew enjoyed an anniversary cake prior to the evening performance.
That said, here’s a sampling of what Broadway musical “Spring Awakening,” on stage in Cleveland’s Palace Theatre through March 15, is: Thought-provoking, heart-breaking, daring, adult, slightly graphic in spots and brilliant. It’s not your grandmother’s musical, that’s for sure, but it’s a show you’ll long remember should you venture to Playhouse Square.
Cleveland on Tuesday night became one of only a handful of cities in the country visited by the superb national tour of this important work of art.

My wife said that throughout the performance of Spring Awakening she'd look over and see me smiling from ear to ear. I've been listening to the soundtrack to this show for a couple of years now. And, I've been completely floored by how listenable each and every song is.
